Parco Mazzini (Salsomaggiore Terme)
Historic park in the centre of Salsomaggiore, ideal for a relaxed walk among monumental trees. Perfect before or after the spa, and great for families with young children.
Parco Mazzini is Salsomaggiore's main historic park, just a short walk from Palazzo Berzieri and the Art Nouveau town centre. It's not a wilderness — it's a proper town park, with tree-lined paths, shaded benches and a calm, unhurried atmosphere.
If you're visiting QC Terme, this is the perfect place for a stroll before or after the spa. It's also a good option for families with small children who need a green space without the commitment of a real hike, or simply for anyone who wants to sit and read in the shade on a warm afternoon.
The park is part of the Queen's Trees route, which highlights Salsomaggiore's historic tree heritage — some of the specimens here are truly monumental.
Free access, open all day. Pairs well with QC Terme, a stroll through the Liberty centre, or a coffee break in town.
Ideal for a short walk before or after the spa; free access.
