Casa Colonica is a 120-square-metre apartment on the raised ground floor, with spacious rooms, modern finishes, and a classic touch of our countryside and Italian tradition. The kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and full tableware for 6 guests. The living area, open-plan and adjacent to the kitchen, has a sofa bed (converts to a double bed) and a desk for smart-working. The bedrooms have modern beds and mattresses, with antique finishes and vintage furniture. Both are very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a travel cot or an extra bed. The double bedroom also has a desk, while the twin bedroom has a sofa. Outside, a courtyard area lined with planters hosts a rustic wooden dining table; under the adjacent canopy, a wicker lounge set is available for relaxing. The entire apartment and outdoor areas are covered by Wi-Fi.
